Join our friendly artists for a fun, step-by-step painting class! No art skills? No problem! Our colorful canvas events are great for nights out with friends, a date, or your favorite group. Let your creativity shine and make a unique masterpiece! Enjoy tasty drinks and themed snacks while you paint!

What’s Included?
For standard public events, all participants will receive:
2 hour artist led painting event. Includes step by step instructions and helpful tips to achieve a beautiful creation.
A primed gallery-wrapped canvas
Use of our adjustable tabletop easel
A set of brushes in various shapes and sizes
A palette with paint colors corresponding to the session's painting
A themed snack and delicious drink. (at this time public events do not include alcohol.)

Registration Required
To guarantee seating and accommodate special requests, registration is required. You must reserve the entire number of seats in your party when booking to ensure that you are seated together. All attendees must purchase a seat due to limited capacity. Payment is due at the time of booking. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or promotional folder.
Seating Requests
If you’re coming with others but making reservations separately, please create or associate yourself with a group name during the reservation process. This will help us seat you together. Late reservations may not allow for seating with your requested group. We cannot guarantee any seat changes upon arrival.
Class Time
Painting begins promptly at the scheduled start time. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes prior to the session to get settled. If you arrive after the session starts, we may not be able to assist you with catching up, which may result in an incomplete painting. We do not offer refunds or reschedules for late arrivals.
What Should I Wear?
We provide aprons for all guests. However, paint can be unpredictable and is permanent once dried. Please wear clothing that you are willing to get paint on.
Personal Belongings
Please ensure you collect all personal belongings before leaving the event. We are only open during scheduled events. Refer to our calendar or contact us for the best time to pick up items left behind. Hidden Garden is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Hidden Garden has a firm refund policy:
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours: Credit toward a makeup session within 30 days of the original reservation.
Only one reschedule is allowed per reservation. A second cancellation, even within 30 days of the original reservation, will result in forfeiture of funds paid/store credit.
Custom events: No refunds, store credit, or rescheduling options.
Class Cancellation
If a class does not have sufficient reservations, it may be canceled, or participants may be moved to a class with sufficient sign-ups. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Hidden Garden reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances. All registered guests will be notified via email by 9 PM the night prior to the event when circumstances allow.
Food and Beverage
The reservation cost includes snacks and a drink. Additional food or drinks will incur an extra charge. We recommend arranging a meal before the event.
Photography and Photo/Media Release
"By attending the event, you agree to allow Hidden Garden to use any photos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your photo taken, please inform a staff member upon arrival."

We welcome all ages at all events, however we do recommend ages 5 and up. All children under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult. All guests must purchase a seat, even if accompanying a child.

Personalized theme decorations at your event location choice.
We come to your location and setup decorations, tables, supplies and necessary items to have your own personalized paint party!

Event theme Decisions and Pricing
Contact us to discuss your desired event date, occasion, theme, headcount and other specific. We will provide a quote based on the details before confirming the event booking.
Class time
Painting begins promptly at scheduled start time, we recommend that you arrive 15 - 30 minutes prior to the session start time to get settled. If you arrive after the session start time, please note we will not be able to assist you with catching up. This may result in an incomplete painting. We do not offer a refund or a reschedule in the event that you are late for your session.
Deposit and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your event.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations cannot be made within 14 days of the event. If you need to cancel within this period, we will accommodate one rescheduling of your event within 30 days of the original date. The deposit will be applied toward the new date.
Should you cancel without rescheduling, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Final Guest Count
Final guest count and any special requests (such as seating arrangements or additional services) must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. Changes made after this time may not be accommodated.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If any guests arrive late or do not show up, refunds or credits for the missing guests will not be issued.
Customizations and Add-ons
Any custom elements (such as personalized themes or additional food and drink services) must be finalized 14 days prior to the event to ensure availability.
